My institution does not have a credit card I can use. How can I register?
If you can’t pay by credit card, we offer the option to Pay by Invoice. Just click the gray Pay by Invoice button underneath the blue Register Now button when you select your ticket quantity.
What happens if I select Pay Via Invoice?
You will automatically receive an invoice with your confirmation email. In order to guarantee a ticket, you will need to arrange payment to Liaison prior to the conference.
Do you have discounts for groups?
We have three tiers of group pricing in the registration widget:
Groups of 5 to 10 from your institution or organization save 10%.
Groups of 11 to 15 from your institution or organization save 20%.
Groups of 16 to 20 from your institution or organization save 25%.
I bought a ticket but can’t attend the conference anymore. What do I do?
If you purchased a ticket but can no longer attend, you have two options: you can transfer your ticket to another person in your organization or you can cancel your ticket. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund. There is no cancellation fee.
I accidentally made a typo during the registration process. How can I change the name or information on my registration?
Badges will be printed on site at the conference and can easily be updated if you made a typo in your name, company or institution information.
AGENDA AND MOBILE APP
What time does the conference start and end?
Registration and breakfast begin at 8am on June 26. The conference ends at 2pm on June 28.
How long are the sessions?
Most of our sessions are 45 minutes long. There will be scheduled breaks between breakout sessions.
I want to present a session at the conference. How do I do that?
Our Call for Proposals is now closed. If you’re interested in presenting at the 2020 Liaison User Conference, please contact us at email@example.com.
Where can I see the agenda?
The full agenda is available on the Agenda tab or in the User Conference app.
When will the mobile app be available? Where can I download it?
I still have last year’s app, AttendeeHub on my phone. Is it the same thing?
Since we have a brand new app this year, you will need to download the new app. The 2018 Liaison User Conference Event Guide in AttendeeHub is no longer active.
When does the hotel room block close?
The hotel room block at the Westin is closed.
I have dietary restrictions. Will the hotel have food I can eat?
We make sure that there are vegetarian and vegan options at every meal and social event, but if you have serious restrictions or allergies that we should be aware of, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
